Since 1983 we have developed a “total fitness” system that will help you to achieve the rewards of physical fitness, discover emotional balance and experience healthy relationships. RVA4 Fitness is Strength with Purpose.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just trying to drop a few pounds, we have developed a system that will meet you where you are, get you where you want to be and take you further than you thought you could go. RVA4 Strength classes offer plenty of variety, so you will never get bored and you will always be challenged (squats, push-ups, core, plyometrics, battle ropes, TRX…). This class incorporates a variety of tools and techniques while emphasizing proper form, muscle balance, core strength and movement. Optional Relationship Seminars follow Group Fitness Classes.

Get some fresh air along with your daily dose of vitamin D and soak in VA’s terrific weather (rain or shine) without having to sacrifice the quality and intensity of your workout. With RVA4 STRENGTH OUTDOOR, we bring the gym to you. Optional Relationship Seminars follow Group Fitness Classes.
If you were born between 1946 and 1964 this class is for you! Work your full body using a variety of equipment- including resistance bands, dumb bells, TRX, stability balls, your own body and more. The class is for all fitness levels and is designed to increase flexibility, improve balance, joint stability, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardio endurance. The Daniel Plan is a groundbreaking healthy lifestyle program founded on biblical principles and focused on The Essentials: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends. The program offers an innovative approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle where people get better together by optimizing their health in each of these life areas. Each essential supports and influences the others, offering a practical step-by-step approach for anyone to follow.
Winfrey Baptist will be our host church for six weeks starting January 11th, 2017 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.

And as you progress, your trainer will too, staying ahead of the curve on trends and methodology. Throughout your experience you will get roadmaps that bring results. Relationship Skills Seminar
Purpose: to increase self-awareness and improve our most important relationships.
- Interactive experience in a safe environment where confidentiality is at the highest level.
- Learn to be honest with yourself and others regarding your commitment to change.
- Learn to interact on an open level that results in improved relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
- Connect with peers who provide encouragement and accountability between sessions.
- Optional Group Fitness Classes prior to Seminars.

The average sponsorship runs $250 – $350 / month. Sponsorships are for small groups and usually include both a physical fitness and group discussion component. Groups are led by a certified fitness trainer and a qualified counselor. Participants attend free thanks to your sponsorship. This is what makes RVA4 Fitness who we are!
